I have been working on this painting albeit intermittently since May 14 – when the shocking events in Pakistan stirred me to paint these images.
I intend to complete it this week provided I get the a few hours of uninterrupted silence and solitude.
Needless to mention, I am still horrified at what has been happening and the brutal blood-spilling using innocent civilians as fodder for political games.
And I refuse to blame one person or group for this – it is a collective failure of sorts!
