India, Pakistan Need To Get Their House In Order Before Blaming Each Other

PM Imran Khan has taken notice of two Hindu women abducted and converted to Islam in Sindh’s Ghotki district.

Father of the girls, Raveena and Reena, says the girls had been forcefully converted, and that they were minors. However, the sisters in another video viral on social media claim that they have willingly embraced Islam.

Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj has asked Indian High Commissioner in Pakistan to send a report on this. Fawad Chaudhry told Sushma it was Pakistan’s internal matter. “I hope you’ll act with same diligence when it comes to rights of Indian Minorities”, said Pak Info Minister.

In fact only last week, while the world was celebrating Holi, a Muslim family was attacked by a lynch mob in Gurgaon, India. The attackers can be seen beating men in the house with rods and telling them to ‘Go to Pakistan’.

India and Pakistan need to fix their own houses instead of blaming each other of things that each of them is very much guilty of.
