According to Raza, a stable Afghanistan and Pakistan is in the interest of America because of a number of reasons.
The American forces are to eventually exit Afghanistan and take their equipment worth billions of dollar. This would only be possible in a stable and peaceful environment.
Simultaneously, after a long war, the US wants that atleast for a few years, there is no violence in Afghanistan.
