Raza Rumi says the report on Pakistan by International Crisis Group (ICG) is very insightful and has been published at a time when Pakistan is already making attempts to fight terrorism.
The report states that in Karachi a vast number of people have died due to targetted killings and simultaneously around 40% of businessmen in Karachi has left in 2013.
The primary responsibility is that of provinces. The provinces must immediately resort to police reforms.
